My partner had our Canopy Struts changed here for longer Struts so he could walk under without hitting his head - but he chose the stronger struts with more pressure in. At home and I'm not strong enough to close the Canopy door myself. I took the car back to STUTSWEST and they very kindly changed over for me straight away for another type which are perfect for both of us - Great service and no charge - Thank you - I highly recommend this place :)

I gave a confusing explanation of what I wanted, a couple of days later the struts I ordered arrived in the mail. With some struggle I fitted them to the pop top on my caravan.My roof now secured in perfect alignment indicating all the struts are equal in pressure.I am very happy with my purchase from Struts West.The service and product is outstanding.

They advertise a 3 year warranty, but when you go to return one because it's faulty. They say it's your fault. Don't believe their 3 year warranty because they will come up with an excuse not to honour it.

Great service, professional advice and friendly staff who went out of their way to ensure I was completely satisfied. I had new Gas Struts fitted to my camper trailer and I highly recommend Greg and his Weststrut staff for this work.

Bought some struts of Struts West well over a year ago for my ute hard cover and fitted as per the originals. Recently found one side had failed, took it in to see Greg who advised that they should have been orientated the opposite way. Expected to buy another set, however Greg immediately fitted two new ones and refused to take the cash.I thought that level of customer service had disappeared long ago – thanks a lot Greg.

Called into Struts West today and even though Greg was with another customer he acknowledged me and asked me to please wait a few minutes. He then helped me with new struts for my hatchback......great product and great customer service!
