Terrible customer service.A girl with platinum hair was extremely rude & disrespectful , just because I asked her for a drink of my choice.Never ever visiting this KFC againShe even said “she won’t serve me” once I confronted her behaviour, so I had to go to oporto.

29/5/22Ordered a 3 piece box and 4 pieces of chicken on the side. All pieces were either drumsticks or wings.Not even 1 breast or thigh in the 7 pieces. Not acceptable. This was 10 in the morning and they were not even busy. Just sheer bad service. Should stop hiring kids and put on some adults who care about the job.

It would be nice if your staff was trained to say the right thing to customers. Not telling us how long something will be? That's what they teach you to say. Also might want to hire staff that have a better attitude

Food takes 30 minutes no matter when you order and food is smaller portions than any other KFC. . I buy $10 feed that includes 2 cups of popcorn chicken and 10 nuggets . I got my 10 nuggets and 15 pieces of popcorn chicken as they use a glass (200ml) to measure not gives cups . Not happy . Never will return . It will go out of business if they keep up what they do

I only come here if there’s $1 chips or promotions.. Even though most of the time they’re cold and KFC chips are probably the worst when they’re cold. The frozen drink machine always seems to be broken here and the staff look as if they don’t want to be at work, tbh I probably wouldn’t want to be either.

The staff have no training at all , this is so evident and the way the speak to customers is disgusting and extremely rude . I was nearly physically attacked . I don’t think one team member at that store has any customer service training and all look like they don’t want to be there . Stay away ! The whole store is poorly managed . Sad excuse of a KFC store .

Gave me food poisoning on 20/01/23. Around 1pm. Ordered the three piece box and order number was 338. Disgusting.
