What an amazing place for cats to be while awaiting their new home!They are treated like royalty!Their temporary sleeping quarters are clean, quiet & have everything a cat needs.. Private litter trays, comfortable bedding, hiding spots..There is no more than 4 cats in one apartment" & there was a volunteer in every 2nd room spending time.As a frequent visitor to cat shelters to show love

Staff have wonderful knowledge of each animal and are truthful about their history. Currently you can observe through glass display, you still get to see their basic personalities etc. They have limited pets at the moment and intend to move at sometime? I was told but don't remember but a question to ask if you visit. Please take one of these beautiful pets, they all deserve a home...

My mum and I went with the promise of a cute ginger. Mum was apparently the first caller and she was told that although they can't put cats on hold for people we would be contacted if another family was interested. We arrived later that day to be told with little apology that he had been adopted already. We asked why we hadn't been contacted and we were met with answers like Saturdays are our busiest days"

Lort smith are wonderful I have always taken my dog there snd vets snd nurses are fantasticLast time I was there the customers were so rude to the people at the front desk ..they were amazingDisappointed the hours have been slashedWent to another vet at night in CollingwoodThey didn’t know what was wrong with him so advised we put him die. He wasn’t ready ..I’m looking to adopt
