7/05/23 Rose and Adrian were both very friendly and helpful when I came in. They were thorough with the information they provided me and were very patient when I was checking out. My dog loved them and don't blame her. Both very good workers

I had bought two pet carriers (All Day Single Door Dog Carrier) online with the “click and collect” option. I received an email within 30 minutes of my order to say I could collect my purchase. When I arrived the staff were welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable about products I hadn’t used before. The pet carriers themselves are excellent value and were used later the same day for two chunky adult cats - this product is light enough without compromising their sturdiness. Very happy with excellent customer service from the team at PetBarn Chadstone and the products purchased.

The staff at Petbarn Chadstone are top notch, always helpful and kind to me and my dog! My little Jack Russell once peed in there and they didn’t make a big deal at all, they were so helpful and quick cleaning it up. I very much appreciate the groomers at Chadstone in helping me clip my dogs nails-they are amazingly quick and actual dog whisperers! I also love how Petbarn sends vouchers from time to time. I like how team members have name badges with their pets on there-that’s so cute! Petbarn genuinely cares about animals :)

I was extremely happy with the amazing & friendly customer service provided by Sarah, she helped find suitable pellets for my dad’s budgie & assisted us heaps with a cage. Just hated the grooming. Took my puppy to the groomers for the first time and spent $70 for essential tidy groom and if feels like they did nothing at all. I’ve also asked to shorten a little bit on the top of her head and they did a really bad trim letting the fur on top of her head uneven. Really upset about it. Definitely won’t be back for this service at Petbarn.

Speedy confirmation. It would have been VERY helpful if your ‘ready to collect’ email advised about the rear loading dock pick-up information though considering Chadstone shopping centre is such a nightmare for parking. I only found out as I called the store after driving around for 15 minutes unsuccessfully looking for a car park. I was going to request my order be held for more than 7 days so I could return to pick it up when it was less crowded. Only then was I told the loading bay collection was available which took less than a minute.Also, I ordered 16 boxes of 24 cans of Fancy Feast food & it was packed into 2 really heavy boxes. You staff shouldn’t put themselves or customers under that amount of strain re carrying the weight that each box had.If you can do both these things then it’d definitely be 5 stars.

This PetBarn, especially the groomers, we're really nice and friendly. The staff were really kind and considerate.The grooming service was a full groom, nail clipping and tidy up, as well as an added bonus, a bath.He came out looking stunning and cute as ever, the groom was great and the groomers were highly professional as well as friendly and sweet to my dog.The grooming services are highly recommended

The store itself might be relatively good, but please do not go there for grooming as the groomers are very aggressive and rough towards the dogs. My dog received a very sub par groom where it would've been better off cutting her hair myself.

Theo the store manager was friendly, welcoming, helpful and efficient although it was 20 minutes before closing time and there were customers lining up. He really knows the products and is very professional. And courteous to every customer despite the time crunch. Thank you, Theo. The store also had quality products to choose from.

I want to give a big big plus to Lara at Petbarn at chadstone, she was amazing. Took the trouble to fit my strong Kelpie into a proper , non pulling harness. This will change our lives. Thank you so much Lara. You r terrific and your customer service was excellent
