I had a full head of foils & style cut today. My hair was looking awful and I felt awful. I rang & got an appointment the same day. Wow the colour is fantastic & the cut is great. Marnie did such a wonderful job. I feel so much better now. I am so glad I chose G&Co

I had a bad experience at another salon I have decided to have a go and try G&Co I booked an appointment for my daughter-in-law and myself to get our hair done for a special occassion. We are from out of town - We had an excellent experience. The staff were very friendly and talented. Our hairdos lasted the evening! If you need a blow dry or an up-do this is the place to go.

I love going to G&CO Hair. Giselle is very accomodating and welcoming and I particularly believe that the young trainee (although I am not sure if she is a trainee anymore) is amazing at doing blowouts and straightening hair. Overall I have no negative comments to make, as every time I leave the salon, i feel a million bucks.

Terrible Experience! Do NOT go to this Salon...Booked in with a Groupon. Arrived for my appointment at 9.am. I was greeted and consulted by Imani. I was asked am I happy with the colour I have now. I replied I was happy with the colour, it was three colours, Golden, one darker and a lighter colour. Imani said she could not do three colours as it would turn out wishy washy! My groupon was for one colour so I paid an extra $15 dollars for a darker one, apparently it was to be painted through. I was asked do I want a toner. I explained that I have never had a toner and I don’t want it too light. At this stage I had no consult as to how I wanted my hair cut. Another girl came over to help do the foils, called Emily, The two of them was quickly doing the foils as she had another client waiting. I smelt the bleach very strong at the said I feel it’s stronger than I normally have, and I do not want it too light.. Emily abruptly told me it won’t be too light and I was left to feel uncomfortable. The atmosphere was unfriendly. It was washed off and I could see immediately that my hair had bleached highlights and it looked awful. I expressed I was unhappy with how light it was and I was told by Imarni and Emily that this is the only way to do it unless I have a Toner. I have never had a toner as I have not had any hairdresser bleach it so light. I asked for the manager who was blow drying a clients hair right next to me. Emily was quick to tell Gizelle that I needed a toner. I was appalled when Gizelle still with the hairdryer running in her hand, leaned over and said to me. Is this because you did not want to pay $15 dollars for a Toner. I was further shocked to find out she owned the Salon. At this point I walked out with my hair wet and uncut. I paid the extra $15 dollars for the darker colour. Imani was the only one to apologise and said she understood how I felt, although Gizelle new how upset I was, she made no attempt to rectify the situation.Gizelle. Please do not treat your Groupon Customers like second Class Citizens. My hairdressers left the Salon I was having my hair done at. This would of been a perfect opportunity to get an ongoing customer who is more than willing to pay top prices for a good hairdresser. This problem could of been rectified if you cared enough to see my viewpoint, instead you chose to insult me more. Very unprofessional.

Very happy with my cut yesterday, Imani was great and communicated well during the service. It was really nice to be in and out in under an hour for a treatment, cut and blow dry, no sitting around and waiting. I would consider coming back in future.
