I called Juju & Co for assistance to buy my wife a birthday present, they spent the time kindly taking me through the collection, I selected a jute slouchy & a small capri wallet. I just want to take a moment to express how impressed I was with the customer service Juju and Co provided. I called to ask about a leather purse I purchased as I had some concerns. Without any questions at all, I was told they would post a new one out with a return paid satchel. I called at about 4pm and the very next day I received my new purse express posted with the return satchel and a lovely card inside. To receive this type of friendly and efficient service these days is almost impossible to find. Thank you Charlie for looking after me.So happy with the quality of the leather I want to buy more.Highly recommend the company and products

Buyer beware- I bought a jute bag 3 years ago, used it about 5 times. I washed it and the bag disintegrated, came apart at all seams. I sent photos to the company, they offered inferior replacements only if I posted the faulty bag back to them at my expense. I wrote a similar review on their Facebook page, their response was erroneous, and belligerent, I am sure they will do the same here.NOT ‘‘designed to last the distance’ as their motto says...
