PLEASE BE SAFE. They’re real scammers! Did a job today which was agreed upon booking ended up paying 4x over the price, took cash for part of the job and ended up having my whole family helping yet they had the audacity to throw our stuff recklessly and yelling at my parents. Absolutely disgusting service.

Absolutely appalling service to use. Was underquoted, upon completion charged me a significantly higher price than what was agreed upon. During the move, the removalists asked me for extra cash to wrap the items (asked for $250 when the service provider stated it was $100-150 for the bubble wrap). The driver took an extra hour and a half to drive from St Marys to Sutherland (I got to the new location in an hour, they took 2.5 hours which I was charged for) The driver then backed the truck into my gutter causing a gigantic dent, and when I lodged a claim with the company they accepted liability of the claim and have just stopped replying to my emails to arrange to get it fixed, despite being provided with a company and quote as they requested. Would not recommend to anybody, absolutely shameful.

worst moving experience ever encountered. Underquoted by 50% of the total job. Arrived 2 hours late. Refused to continue the job unless payment was made up front - half way through the job. I feel fleeced by this company be warned.

We had an incredibly terrible experience with Movee. Despite my initial concerns about their theft antecedent, they assured me over the phone that they only hired quality workers who had been with them for several years. Regrettably, it seems I should have paid closer attention to the comment, as theft was not an isolated incident for them. During the move, we discovered that our iPad, watches, and potentially more items had been stolen.We had one item reimbursed. To make matters worse, some of our valuables were also broken during the move.

Both the guys were super friendly and worked their bums off the whole time. Nothing was too much trouble. I’d use them again and recommend them to anyone .

Went from paying $300-$400 too paying nearly $1000, al my things were dumped on the floor in my house, my furniture was thrown in the truck and one of the workers was on the phone half the time, also he asked my little brother too pick something up as if he was getting paid for the job!!!Great booking and reception, Horrible service,s and handling of furniture, next time I’ll just hire a truck for $200 and do it myself!!
