Great service. Ordered coral and fancy clownfish to Tas and was a bit worried about whether they would make the longer trip, but they arrived as happy and healthy as they would be if I bought them locally. Very well packaged and good communication by the owner.

Just bought two flathead perch and got freight from Perth to Brisbane. Packing is excellent and the fish is awesome and definitely healthy, eating like a pig after one night resting! You can trust this store, especially on purchasing high end fish.

Drove a 6.5hr round trip from Dunsborough to collect an online order, called the day before to check on everything and they said all good. When I arrived half my order was missing and the others had significant tail damage and infection with other dead fish in the tank.No apologies or compensation for complete waste of time and fuel.

Friendly staff is what we all need when looking for salt water expression. Very consumable advice. Good choice of live goodies as well as equipment and necessities. So far no snails dead this and the star rating subject to time.
