Great team, very friendly and good mechanical advice. I would have given 5 stars, but unfortunately I’ve had to take one star off due to a lack of return calls from the mechanic after I had left a couple of queries. Communication with customers is a very big part of customer service.

Tom and the team at Railway Garage were incredibly sincere, professional and to the point. I was able to get a regular service and pink slip for a very affordable price. When I needed help to ascertain why a surprise warning light came on, Tom was able to fit me in the next day and point me in the right direction for further clarification and knowledge regarding a trade in. Definitely, a neat, tidy and well oiled business! Thank you.

Had a car breakdown while visiting Katoomba and contacted the Railway Garage which helped me by providing a recommended tow truck driver who was very well priced and delivered the car to the Railway Garage where the service team and receptionist could not help me enough. They are a fantastic trust worthy crew and highly recommend their services to anyone. Well priced with exceptional service. Cheers!!

Popped in on a Saturday as from out of town with a warning light in the car. The repair garage is under new ownership and this was their first day of trading. They could not have been more helpful, professional and obliging. We wish them much success on their new venture.
