Hi, I was offered digital receipt on till. When I gave my number to get receipt, intially the till person put wrong number, even after me saying slowly & twice. Finally, she put the right number again & told me now it will take some time to get digital receipt in text from chemist warehouse. I went back & nothing happened, so I called & now they said I have to come back all the way to that store. Just to mention, i live 40 kms away from store. Worst part, no apology at all, just keep saying YEH". Like Robots. If you don't know or Don't have training to provide Digital receipts than why do you offer initially to your customers."

I was charged incorrectly by $10. When I returned to store to claim refund, I was called a untrustworthy and liar in front of my kid by the store manager (Natalie). She refunded me once she has checked the store price tag. I felt humiliated for just pointing that I was cheated. Maybe I got this treatment because I got brown skin. Will never go back.

My daughter who is pregnant came in for some anti fungal cream and anti nausea tablets, she was trying not to vomit (morning sickness) the young brunette wouldn’t sell them to her. She went home and cried she also had her 13 month old with her. I would like an explanation as to why. I give 0 stars

Manager needs to brush up on consumer Laws big time. I recently tried to return a product that was unused in its original packaging, with the original receipt well within 30 days of purchase. He accused me of sealing the product with tape even though he was the one to open it upon purchase to make sure it was the correct product and seal it himself.

Absolutely appalling service. Staff are aggressive and defensive over simple requests, make you feel like an inconvenience over them doing their job.

Very rude staff with no idea of what customer service is. Picked up click and collect item, there was rattling noise coming out of perfume box still in original packaging. Went back to store and asked to change that item with another one. I was told there is nothing wrong with the item and they can’t exchange it. Rattling noise coming from perfume box isn’t normal in my opinion . Staff didn’t listen and laughed instead. Second time- same experience. Not going there again. Giving Chemist warehouse a very bad name.

Good customer service, spacious store and it’s convenient to shop around.Can get busy specially on weekends for scripts.Ample parking spaces and front checkout staff is friendly and efficient including the security person at entry.

There is option of least one star otherwise don’t even deserve single star worsen service,been waited for nearly 2hrs and asked 4-5 times how long gonna take one guy didn’t bother to give exact answer.

Manager was very rude she wouldn’t let me finish my request for a refund. As soon as I started speaking “we don’t do that” thats the only answer she gave me. I am disappointed in chemist warehouse. I have been buying products from the for such a long time. Will never come to this shop again.
