Forty Winks Fortitude Valley

They have a great selection of furniture and they hold some great Australian-made products which you can customize to make it your own! I'm super picky and I found my entire bedroom furniture at Forty Winks Fortitude! Their staff is also very nice and helpful. Highly recommended.

Went into forty winks in the valley looking for our new bed Sam was quick to assess how we sleep and show us the range of beds that suited our needs. She listened to what we wanted and respected our budget showing us a range of beds that balanced features and cost amazingly. The ordering and delivery of the bed was super quick and the men who delivered the bed were absolutely lovely. Best of all the bed we picked is amazing and comfortable I will not go anywhere else for my bedding needs anymore forty winks is the best furniture retail experience I have ever had.

This women today I saw was so bad and I recon and no one go there till they find a way to fix I would recommend the owner to fire this woman being over and rude to all the customers I would say go to snooze and other ones but not the one in the valley Brisbane forty wink

Very unhappy about the service! Got delivered the wrong legs for the new bed and base (delivery was 80$) and was told afterwards that I have to come to the store to get the right legs because the truck was too far away". Am I the customer or do I work now for Fortywinks for free as a delivery driver? I have better things to do then driving to the store to correct other people's mistakes! I got a lukewarm sorry

This is the 3rd time I've purchased beds of Samantha & Steve at Forty Winks Fortitude Valley. The customer service is outstanding, nothing to ever too much trouble. I recommend all my clients and friend to go to this store.... you certainly wont be disappointed!!!

By far my worst experience.The manager is beyond rude, she has no manners and no problem solving skills.I had to deal with a whole bunch of shocking comments and have been treated in a horrendous manner from start to end.To top up the experience, one of their employee told me that a 30cm mattress would fit in the trundle I ordered but the 24cm one that I've purchased from another store does not fit at all and I couldn't return it!...had to purchase another one...Please Do Yourself a huge favour and walk another 10m to Snooze Fortitude Valley where the service was absolutely impeccable.Fast forward, the bed lining got ripped apart and these people are now refusing to take the repairs under warranty justifying that I would have inserted the trundle sideways when it can barely fit straight....I then got asked to remove this comment if I wanted my repair to be taken care of.cheers Forty winks but I'd rather get rid of the bed then I'm sure I'll never have to deal with you again
