Front desk staff change is so much better , No more cranky rude lady . Love the added music but needs to be louder , Some days when it is louder you can hear the customers and staff singing which is awesome and a much better atmosphere. The store air conditioner is not cool enough and your fresh pre made salads are not fresh and the produce is going of in the hot weather . When poor check out people need fans how on earth is the fresh produce staying fresh ?, it’s not . This needs to be fixed urgently. It’s my favourite place to shop there but won’t be if I cannot do a full shop in one store . Please upgrade like coles did as quite frankly there store is now packed . It’s totally letting you down .

Extremely rude behaviour by staff.Went to this Woolworths today and we have to face very rude behaviour. There were two ladies and both of them were rude don’t know why. One of them on self checkout, she was blowing Nose with anger on our faces. We had to call her couple of times to activate our gift cards and sim card.Didn’t expect this from Woolworths.If manager cares , time was 8.40pm around.Will never go back to this Woolworths and never recommend to anyone.0 star rating.

HiI bought the pomegranate from forest lake Woolworth and it was $5 each but it was fully spoil from inside. I waste my money. I can also share the pictures here but don’t now how to post the pictures. So pls don’t buy the pomegranate from this store

Good customer service! It was busy so I had to wait to go through the checkout, so an employee added an extra 1000 points to my Woolworths card!
