What a disappointment. Although the icecream is always delicious, the service was so bad. About every second item was out of stock and the girls serving were rude and unhelpful. We had 6 icecreams and one cone was so empty, the icecream didn’t even reached the top of the cone. When we questioned the staff and compared it to other cones we bought, they said that’s how it should be

I took my 3 daughters for a treat on 13/01/23 for the first and last time!!My daughters asked for dipped cones - they got plain.Then to top it all off I was charged $41.00 for 2 plain single scoop cones and 1 sundae. I didn't realise that I was ripped off until I looked at the docket later.Will never go there again!!!

Always a treat, fast service no huge waits. They cater with uber eats and customers very well. Great job.

Good Ice cream. But god awful service. My partner was told there was no more of the flavour he requested however they failed to mention it was just waiting to defrost. After my partner said that it’s rude not to communicate that the girls working became very rude and disrespectful.

Can't say much about the ice-cream that was delicious. I also wanted to thank the young man that served my friend and I, on the 18/04 around 3. Sadly, being friendly and polite with customers seems to be very rare, especially in the fast-food" industry. So thank you for talking with me and being such a nice staff :-)"

Bad service. Not happy. Visited at 7pm on Wednesday 9th Dec. Girl working behind the counter showed no customer service and a totally blank look. No one smiled or greeted. No one bothered telling us that they won't be long. Just continued doing whatever they were working on. Two staff working with minimal interaction.Please train them on Customer service and how to make people smile. No ambience in the store.

I’m only giving high stars because the ice cream is good. Since moving to the new location service has been horrendous at best. And I believe this is fault of management not staff. On a number of occasions I have walked out or have seen others walk out as there is just not enough staff. 1 person on peak times like weekends is ridiculous. At one point this afternoon 15-20 people were in the store with 1 person serving / working, a lady doing the right thing abiding by covid restrictions left when a group ignored the signs and pushed in front of her. Stock levels are also worth a mention. On many occasions numerous flavours are out of stock.And my other gripe is having to wait while staff prepare Uber orders. Customers in store should take priority over deliveries.
