every single time i come in to get my brows done the experience is beyond amazing. i have had negative experiences in the past when getting brows done by other beauticians, where they did quick 5 minute jobs that left me with irritation and a look i didn’t feel comfortable with. those experiences made me really hesitant to try a new beautician. but the first time I ever went in they made me feel really comfortable and understood what I wanted. it’s clear they aren’t there to book in as many clients as possible to make money as quick as they can. they genuinely take care and time in what they are doing, and will take the time to listen to my needs and do what is best. my brows never look better and there is almost no pain, even the waxing itself is not that painful and if I do ever feel uncomfortable they put on some cream at the end that makes me feel like nothing happened. i always walk away feeling confident and comfortable. from being really anxious to visit for the first time last year, I come in now like I am seeing a friend. i cannot recommend them enough, both Paige and Rachael are amazing at their craft and will always ensure you are comfortable.

Amazing! Had my trial makeup done here for my wedding and I cannot wait for the Rachel to do our big day ❤️They fit me in short notice and the service was excellent. I was comfortable from the get go.
