PTC Phone Repairs Elizabeth City (Near Lowes)

They have a No Refund policy. Bought the incorrect phone cover and screen protector as a Xmas present. On returning it they did’t have the correct one and refused a refund saying I must take a store credit. I accepted the store credit at the time. The staff told me they would not call when the correct product was in stock and I would just have to come in and check for myself. I live 40 mins from the shop. I attended another time and again, no product in stock. I attended again on the weekend (it’s now March) and no longer have need of the original product I’ve been waiting for. They refused a refund despite consumer law stating I’m entitled to one. The manager said it was store policy. When I insisted her response was refuse to speak to me any longer and call Westfield security despite me not being unreasonable. Westfield security were. Very lovely and understood and said this was quite a common occurrence for this store.

They have very bad service and not good at all I've been fixing my screen broken and the did a fault with the system ..bad customer service

Went to have my mobile repaired. Excellent customer service. The girls were really helpful. Service was fast.

These guys were absolutely fantastic on fixing my Sony Xperia. A previous repair company that I originally took my phone to didn't do water damage repairs, so when I discovered PTC did, I was very happy. They walked me through the whole process of the repair, and we're very happy to answer any of my questions.The price was also really good for the repairs I was after. I will definitely be returning for future mobile repairs. Thank you PTC.

Fantastic service! Brought my own screen protectors for my Pixel 2 XL and Oppo R11 and they did a great job putting them on the phones. Only $5 each and no dust underneath! Highly recommended!
