Our little one has been attending First Steps for some time now. The staff are extremely accommodating to his needs. He enjoys his time here very much and is always happy to attend - what more can a parent ask for when trusting others with their children's care?!

Would not recommend to anyone. Old, outdated and our kids behaviour was so bad! It is not structured like other centres and when you try to talk about a problem you get shut down and lied to and ripped off when you pull your kids out and leave. I have a lot of bad things to say but I will not go down to their level. Don’t send your kids there! There are some amazing other centres in the area!

A nice small centre with a great local community feel to it. Staff are kind, welcoming and supportive. Initially very nervous about putting our child in care, but we’re supported well throughout the transition & our child has thrived in this environment.

I have had 2 children go to this daycare over the last 15 years, and my children LOVE going, they never had a bad word to say about either the place or the teachers. Everyone there is super nice and listen to all my concerns. If I could leave a 6 out of 5 stars I would.

I highly recommend First Steps Albert Park. My son has been going there for over a year. The staff are very friendly and my son loves all of them. They are also understanding and flexible with changing days with appropriate notice.

My children have attended First Steps @ Albert Park since they were little babies… they love going to childcare and the staff is great and caring (with the children and the parents)!My eldest started Reception this year and was over the moon when he needed to attend for one day a few weeks ago when his school was closed… my youngest will start Reception next year and I am sure he will dearly miss the centre!

Choosing First Steps child care was the best decision for our two children. The staff have been there for years and are truly so wonderful, accommodating and caring. This centre go above and beyond for all the kids and families there. My kids are thriving and always happy to go - they actually ask to go!They say it takes a village to raise a child, and this centre has been part of my village for sure.Thank you First Steps for being amazing and so helpful :-)

My son has been going to this centre since he was 6 months old, he's now almost 4. The staff have become like family and they have treated my son as one of their own. They have helped my him through all of his developmental stages and have also helped him progress. The centre provides great meals that even my fussy son eats 2 or more serves of. I highly recommend this centre to anyone
