I went to the store booked the appointment for today at 12pm and paid full for $114 already.However, I couldn’t make it on time so I tried to ring up the clinic at 12:10, they didn’t pick up the phone and I left the voicemail said may I please reschedule.Sally the girl from the clinic called me back at 12:30 told me I missed out the appointment and due to the 48hrs cancellation policy I can not get my money back and either reschedule it.I just lost my full payment $114 and get nothing but the attitude from the girls was really rude and I will never return to this clinic.I went to Clean Skincare in Robina before and they’re way much better and nicer.

I'd suggest looking elsewhere.Their cancellation policy says you can cancel up to 48 hours beforehand. I did exactly that; I cancelled right at the 48-hour mark. But because it had to be before" that time

ABSOLUTELY amazing experience for the last year!! I’ve been basically doing full body laser and I’ve seen such an amazing results! Especially for a person of dark skin tone, I was not expecting such great results!! Highly highly recommend and please see my girl Lauren! She makes me feel so comfortable with my intimate areas especially as a plus size girl!! Greatest laser service ever!!!

April the nurse is amazing had my lip filler done with her she is so lovely and real! Made me feel so comfortable as I was super nervous for my first time lip injections, I didn't feel a thing! The numbing stuff is literally amazing! Worth every dollar thank you so much April in love with my lips won't be going to anyone else, feeling so confident xxx

I have received 2 treatments of laser hair removal from LCA and it did disappoint. My first treatment was by far the best. My hair was not removed fully on the desired areas. It was left out and growing like how it used to be compared to the lasered areas. It’s disappointing that i was unable to get a proper service.
