Very disappointing.I came into this store looking at buying a nice ring but the store manager was too busy on the phone asking her friend about how life was going and having a general conversation. 2 customers actually came up to me and asked me to help them, to which I then said “I don’t work here” and still the store manager ignored all of us and kept talking on the phone. The store owner should look at having a meeting with staff to ensure customer service is of first and foremost importance

I’m so glad I came into Shiels today! Connie was incredibly warm, kind and helpful. She gave me the most lovely advice on the best chain to go with for my pendant, knew exactly what I was looking for and spent half an hour just to help me choose the perfect one. I was really indecisive but Connie was patient and supportive all the way through! Thank you so much, Connie and Shiels! I would definitely come back!

Would love to give zero stars purley because of the manager. I came into the store and asked for a copy of the receipt after speaking with head office, trying to call the store mobile number and messaging. The head office said I can go into the store and so I did just that to be told by the rude manager who was going to lunch at the time that it wouldn't be in the system. The nice young girl serving who was very helpful assisted me snd showed another staff member how to get a copy of the receipt. She was so nice I bought a couple more items from there but if you speak to thr manager except her to be rude and very unhelpful. Believe her name might be Tess.

If you want to feel like you don't exist. Walk in there and stand around browsing. Nobody will approach you. I could've approached them myself but luckily I didn't seeing the horrid reviews here

I’ve been shopping around for a while for an engagement ring and I went into Shiels parramatta, the staff were really friendly and the environment of the store was very calming, store was really clean too.The manager there Tess helped me out a lot to find what I was after and was very friendly, the staff are knowledgeable in their products and I was finally able to find the ring I was after. Will be coming back as this was a pleasant experience.

Went to this store for a gift and was served by a lovely lady named Connie.She spent the time to talk us through her products and had patience with clearly explaining the difference in gold. She was very helpful and would definitely go back to her again .

Been here twice. Both times the staff was unnecessarily rude (different people). Immediately passive aggressive for some reason? 2nd time I came in I bought a watch, it didn't fit properly so I asked to have the bands refitted. It was either too loose or too tight to put on. I was instructed to see a watch specialist to have it remade. Then when I inquired about having my brand new unused watch refunded. In a nasty tone she said she couldn't because I bangs it with a hammer to get the pins out so you're just going to have to see a watch specialist like I said" ... Right ... I didn't argue I just left it. Never coming again. I wish I looked at reviews before coming here"

Fat white blonde lady there gossips, ignorant to the long queue everytime I go there. One time they even were badmouthing their management, owner or colleague openly in front of me bruh. I'm sure she's the one who initiates the gossip cuz everytime when I approach others are receptive, helpful, actually doing their job meanwhile that one looks like ready to retire on the spot lmao.

A reason it’s cheaper than most jewellery stores. I have attempted to contact this business for two days regarding my order. I’ve contacted other stores who can’t assist and advised me they don’t have a multi site manager I can speak to. Essentially this store has taken my money and the only way for me to see if my order is ready is to drive 2hrs to a store and hope for the best. Once this purchase is complete I won’t be returning or recommending them to friends or family.

Just moved to the Parramatta area from South Australia. I am a long term client over 18 years of Shiels and Grahams. After spending many $0000's on mainly watches and associated jewelry I can honestly say when I visit the Grahams store in the Myer Centre Adelaide and now the Shiels store in Parramatta, the service, product knowledge and overall customer service is excellent. My requests are always met and all staff are brilliant with their product knowledge. When I have had any issues to rectify, it has never been a problem and always done with a smile and respect. I would recommend Sheils Parramatta to anyone who is serious about their jewelry/watch purchases. Now my whole family and friends over 50 people all shop there and continue to thank me for recommending they shop there.
