We went there today without a reservation. The service we received was absolutely brilliant. The meals were excellent and well worth the money. And the Menu variety was exceptional. Would totally recommend This place . Thanks.

Had dined here previously, and it was good. My last visit, however, was disappointing. The pork roast was so tough it was akin to chewing on an old workbook. Yes, I have all my own teeth still.

Delicious food. Friendly and efficient service. Good value. Fun play area for kids. All in all a really good spot for a family meal.

Honestly I normally love fyansford hotel but this time I was very disappointed in my meals. We ordered flake fillets which the flake was amazing but my chips were stone cold and horrible. My partner had butter chicken which he said didn’t have much flavour.My little girl who is very fussy and can’t eat some things due to those things making her unwell. We asked for a plain bowl of pasta as there wasn’t much she could eat. My partner didn’t hear them say that there was cheese on the pasta (daughter can’t have it) and I went back up to change it to a PLAIN bowl of pasta without cheese or sauce. I felt like I was being judged and treated badly for asking for just pasta. Please teach your staff that sometimes people can’t hear what they’re saying because one it’s loud in there.Two your staff talk so quiet. Three teach your staff to not make people feel horrible for taking something back up if it’s not okay.

I called in here for lunch on Saturday. The meal was great, l had a Kiev Parma with chips & salad. The parma had a garlic sauce over it, which was delicious.I wasn't happy with the service, my mum wanted a seniors beef pie, the lady abruptly said no seniors meals on weekends, which l thought was rude because it shouldn't be on the menu, also they should have a seniors meal on regardless of the day.Mum ended up having fish n chips.

Great food, great customer service in pleasant environment.Food at a higher level than your usual hotel meals.Don't give it a miss if you happent to be by and want to choose from a variety of Australian traditional dishes.
