today i was served by a lovely lady named cherry, she had a beautiful smile and had incredible customer service skills. my food came much quicker than expected even though i was happy to wait! the food was hot and delicious. she was really polite and looked very well put together, if you’re her manager i’d be so proud to have someone like her working for you! absolutely satisfied. thanks guys!!! <3 (no pictures because i ate it instantly, so good)

I have always been a die hard fan of Bao brothers. But this is the first time am coming here after lockdown. And its the least to say that am very disappointed. They used to have shoe string fries, which was a major attraction for me. But they have replaced it with ordinary fries and they were totally soggy. Attached picture for reference. No I ordered two different types of bao. The Shrimp Shady and Tupac Chikur. In the shrip shady they have replaced a real shrimp with a shrimp patty, which is frozen and obviously a bit different to fresh shrimps. However the Tupac Chikur was exactly the same as it used to be. As a very dedicated fan of Bao Brothers, would really request the management to look into this and maintain the standard as it used to be.

I used to love your braised pork. But now i think that it was dry and not soft enough. A bit disappointed but there's always room for improvement, hoping it's be better when i come back.

Food was sensational ! My favourite is the mushroom bao. Exceptional flavours. And highly recommend the house made Ginger Soda.

Poppy, is sweet and helpful with placing orders and definitely gives good recommendations on the menu. Had tasty delicious bao buns after a long day of shopping. The food service is super fast too!

A bit pricey but the portions do fill you up. It's a unique spin on food and they have pretty fast service. Definitely recommend the schezuan shake and tupac bao. If you get fries, grab the chili mayo dip
