On the Saturday before Christmas (Christmas was the following Monday) I requested to buy 5 quick pick Gold Lotto tickets for the 30 million dollar draw which was to be drawn on 30th Dec (over $40 worth). I made it very clear that they were for the 30 million dollar draw. I then placed these tickets inside cards and gave them to my friends and family for Christmas gifts. I informed them when they opened them that they were for the 30 million dollar draw to be drawn on the 30th Dec. I was humiliated when one recipient pointed out to me that the the tickets were already drawn on Saturday 23rd Dec. I then looked at the ticket and rung everyone that had received one and all the tickets were for the wrong draw. (What sort of gift is pre-drawn lotto tickets!!! I was so embarrassed.)This newsagency accepted no responsibility for the mix up and stated that it was too late to fix the problem. A business with good customer service would have replaced the incorrect product with the correct item and worn any costs associated with the replacement product due to it being THEIR fault. I DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE EVER.

Good range of birthday cards and nice service wasn't too busy

Nice selection. Friendly staff. Good location for this side of the mall. Pretty standard style for a newsagent. I like the open layout to the mall entrance. Makes it feel a bit bigger. Usually have success with finding items here. If not, the staff is willing to help find it.

Great shopping centre for everyone needs.

Watch out for the young man who works there. He's really nosey.

I went it to buy a calling card, visited both stores located at the hyperdome, and staff from both stores have no idea about the product. How can you guys sell a product and have no clue about what you're selling? Don't waste my time.

Got.my daughter a few things. Well worth it.
