A fantastic experience from start to finish!I had just blown up one of my trusty Bowers and Wilkins DM603's bought in the early 90's. I've always been a fan of B&W and have bought a few of their other products over the years.I wanted to replace these old speakers with a pair of the new B&W 600 series. I was undecided which one to buy and obviously wanted to hear all three. I had a quick look on the Internet and found Frankston Hifi. I gave them a call and talked to Chris, one of the owners, who told me to drop into the store and he'd demo the speakers.How refreshing to have Old school" service from Chris with more than 30 years experience in the industry. His product knowledge is second to none.Chris made me feel so welcome and I didn't feel rushed. We must have played around with the 600 series for more than an hour before we both agreed the 684 S2 would be my best fit.One of Chris's colleagues recommended that I bi-wired the speakers for the best performance. I bought 6 or 7 meters of excellent grade speaker cable for less than $50 and they even explained to me how to bi-wire my amp.Now the all important price. I had been on the Internet so I had a good idea of price. I asked Chris to give me a good deal :-) He beat the best price I had seen on the Internet by 10%. Fantastic.Two months on

I have been a customer of Frankston HiFi for twenty years, and they have never ever disappointed me. Chris and Evan have provided the best customer service I have ever experienced as a customer, their interest in providing me with the best outcome in home theatre is second to none, and Mark, their installer is the best in the business. Seriously these guys are the best in the business. You can’t do wrong by seeing them if you want a great home theatre!

Very pleased with my experience in dealing with Frankston Hifi. I called the shop, I was prompted to leave a voice message. Dan called me back within 10 minutes and was happy to assist with a COVID safe purchase. I will definitely be back in the future. I’m looking forward to a tour of the shop when they re open the showroom

THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS. If you want a job done properly these are the guys to use. You pay for what you get & these guys ARE THE BEST. Highly recommend. They installed for us 8 speakers indoors & outdoors, fixed up are WIFI/Internet throughout the whole house which now works PERFECTLY & our kids are not complaining, installed a new updated amplifier in our lounge room to talk with our Foxtel, Netflix new DVD player & new 4K TV. Even their after service IS FANTASTIC. We are basis users & have problems sometimes with devices loosing power (not their problem just our area) & then we don't know what to do. We ring & always get Evan & he guides us through the steps to fix. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK Evan & team YOU ARE ALL THE BEST. CANNOT THANK YOU ENOUGH. WE WISH WE HAD ORGANISED OURSELVES YEARS AGO.

I contacted Frankston HiFi to see if they could repair my surround processor preamp. Unfortunately they don't do repairs but the response from Evan was friendly and prompt. They've certainly got plenty of interesting gear. Well worth a look if you're in the market for higher end equipment.
