Van Gool Patisserie

We ordered a croissant from here and there was a piece of gloves inside the croissant. All they said was ‘I didn’t make it’ and just gave us money back and now suffering stomachache the day after. Very disappointing

The coffee is really good, which is important, but I also really appreciate how friendly the staff are. They always seem to remember me even when I haven't been there for a while and they're always welcoming. Makes it easy to keep going back for the good coffee. We got a cake from there too and really enjoyed it.

I ordered the bacon egg cheese croissant on 27/06/2021 around 12:14 pm and found a piece of gloves in the croissant after having half of it and went back to mentioned about what I found on the croissant and the girls gave me my money back which is not a solution. It’s not about $7 , I could have swallowed the gloves and could have been in serious health issue. This needs to be resolved, food is food. The owner needs to be very careful about what they are serving. After a chat with girls working there , they assured me that the owner or manager will be in touch with me which obviously was a lie since I haven’t been contacted. Please be mindful when you buy anything from there.
