Absolutely amazing experience! I've been lucky to have been gifted the Wellness package twice (thanks hubby!) and each time it's been such a relaxing, zen and incredible 3 hours! Everything is set up so well and professional. Loved the sensation of drifting around the float tank. Massive shout out to Nick the massage therapist who gives the best massages ever! Highly recommend to anyone who needs to feel calm, relaxed and rejuvenated!

City Cave is MY GO TO for a wonderful SAUNA EXPERIENCE,I Find the staff to be very polite, and I feel so relaxed after the sauna. It is so clean and has a an amazing relaxing welcoming feelCheers David

What an experience! Citycave is very much like a dayspa. I absolutely loved it. The Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and well stocked. The rooms had plenty of space to get changed. I really liked the little details such as having a carafe of water available in the sauna, bluetooth, tea and water available in the waiting lounge, even cotton tips to dry ears after the float. Will definitely be back! I was very relaxed for the rest of the day

Absolute bliss. Came in skeptical, walked out a firm believer. Had heard so much about float therapy for my ailing and chronic back pain, I've tried so many different treatments options and nothing has given me the sort of relief I now get from floating.The centre is stunning and the staff are so helpful and knowledgeable. I was made to feel at ease and at home the moment I walked in. I now attend weekly to stay on top of my issue.

Place was nice but I booked in for a 90 minute relaxation massage yet was given an extremely painful deep tissue massage. I asked for the pressure to be less as it was to the point I couldn’t breathe with pain and the masseuse did ease off but after about 2 minutes continued at the original pressure that I asked the be lessened. Have done a course in massage myself and know what I was booking in for yet wasn’t given it. I am in pain and bruised from the treatment. Definitely won’t be booking in again for a massage there.

My first float was AMAZING!! We were made welcome in a calm, quiet atmosphere and the next hour just flowed! Will book to return next month. Getting used to the slipperiness of the surfaces in the room didn't take long, and the effects were long lasting, slept so deeply last night! Thank you!

A delightful calming place to visit and take time out of your normal life. The staff were delightful a wonderful experience. Definitely recommend a visit here.

Loved the experience, from the moment I walked in I felt welcomed, Excellent service from the staff, relaxation room was beautiful and nurturing. Float tank was so relaxing and an amazing experience, I even fell asleep and afterwards was still floating. Perfect environment to allow yourself some self care, felt amazing after the experience, I'll be back for more, introductory package a great price too! Definitely worth the experience.

I am very grateful for the kindness shown to me yesterday from City Cave. I bought a float experience for me and two of my friends who are mothers. Unfortunately a tradesman who was working took longer to finish a job so my friends went without me. When I rang and explained that I had to wait for the tradie to finish, I was given a later session. As a result of great customer service we bought 5 more sessions and took advantage of the starter special. We have told everyone that we could about this experience. Thank you for a great set up and service for our wellbeing. I am going every month from now on. The pool experience is wonderful and it brings my Dead Sea experience of weightlessness to mind. My body is still humming this morning 12 hours later. The experience is very much worth it. If you are reading this review, my advise would be to go and experience it. Thanks again....
