This place is fantastic. Excellent facility set in beautiful surroundings. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Loved the msgs and photo updates while we were away. It was a great touch. Made us feel less guilty leaving our loved one behind. Our Theo loved his stay and enjoyed the goodie bag when he got home. We will definitely use Cat Utopia again. Highly recommend.

Wouldn’t send our little panther anywhere else! Amanda and the Cat Nannies at Cat Utopia are absolutely amazing. The extraordinary accomodation, care, understanding, knowledge and kindness in looking after our shy 4 legged family member is exceptional.The Cat Chauffeur service is a life saver too! One of a kind- I am sure Cat Utopia is the best cat resort globally! 6 stars from us!

First time leaving our 2 cats, Kobi & Loki, at Cat Utopia for a month. I did a lot of research after having a bad experience at another pet boarding facility before deciding on Cat Utopia. My youngest has severe anxiety so I was quite nervous leaving them. But the team at Cat Utopia had excellent communication and gave me complete peace of mind. My babies came home and were immediately back to themselves which is very different to the last experience they had at the other pet boarding. The team at Cat Utopia are very attentive and we’re able to adapt to our cats to provide them with the best care possible. They tailored their care after getting to know their habits and personalities. They were transparent with how they were settling and were knowledgeable about what was happening. I felt the team really cared for our cats as if they were their own. And seeing photos of our babies with the nannies, enjoying their primo facilities made us so relaxed while we were on our trip. If we reached out with any questions or wanted an update, they didn’t hesitate to provide us with a detailed response. I’ll definitely be leaving my babies with them again.

I have had my Siamese cats stay at Cat Utopia since arriving on the Coast in 2010, this also includes a long stay of approx 8 weeks. I would never take them anywhere else. The staff are all lovely, professional and caring. The facilities are clean and modern and my previous Siamese (Rajah) would get very excited as soon as we turned into the driveway, he loved going there for his holidays. I thoroughly recommend Cat Utopia and you need look no further for a place for your loved cats to stay.

Such a great place! Really nice staff and surroundings. The transit lounge where we picked our cat up was so good, it was a very calm place, no cat was meowing, air con, separate cubicles with comfy beds waiting for collection. This was the first place where our cat was actually happy when we picked him up, normally he ignores us for a while as punishment for leaving him. On the way home he was so contented. Will definitely be using this place again!

My little cutie poo had a fantcatstick time here while me and my husband visited relative in in eastern Europe. I've never seen him so happy and full of life. apparently he did interacte much with the other cats but that's ok he normally spends most if his time meowing softly into the corner and walking into walls <3love this place would recommend to any cat lover ;)

Our beautiful boy had his first stay, he returned in top shape with nil stress. We had some photos sent while we were away to put our minds at rest >> thanks nanny’s ❤️

The five star ratings are well deserved. I would absolutely board my cat with Cat Utopia in the future. All interactions I had with the staff were wonderful. They are friendly, kind and an absolute pleasure to speak with. The prices are very reasonable, and the driver for the Cat Chauffeur is lovely. Thank you everyone, especially Amanda and Rebecca for looking after Daisy, we were delighted when she returned from the Cat Spa looking amazing!!!

So glad I picked Cat Utopia to care for my little Finn. It was my first time leaving him in someone else's care so I was quite anxious but I couldn't have picked a better place! He came home very calm and happy, his coat was beautifully brushed and he smelled absolutely delightful. The photos they sent me while I was away were also lovely, and they even gave me a call the day after I picked him up to make sure he was settling in okay at home. I'm so glad to have found such a good place to care for him right here on the coast, thank you so much!

Thank you to all the lovely people at Cat Utopia for looking after my cat Phoebe for 8 weeks! It is always a bit stressful to leave her as she is getting older and has a few issues but Cat Utopia handled it all beautifully and Phoebe came home without any problems. The place is lovely and the cats all seem really contented. Top notch cleanliness is evident and Phoebe was returned to me happy and well. Highly recommend Cat Utopia.
