Locked my keys inside my unit yesterday and called this company thinking their pricing would be responsible since it was only a $39 call out fee, they couldn't give me a full estimate price over the phone because it would depend on what's needed to be done to open the door. Quick response and the locksmith showed up within 20 minutes and he was able to get my door unlocked in about 5 minutes which was fantastic but then the total price I had to pay was $242 ... I was gobsmacked!! I understand that it was a Saturday but really $242. Won't be using in the future and will definitely be investing my money into a lockbox

Locked myself out of my apartment but the locksmith arrived promptly (after hours on a public holiday), explained what he was doing at each stage and managed to get me back into my apartment. He was friendly and professional and polite. Thank you!

Fantastic service, very friendly and came out quickly to replace my house door lock after hours. The owner explained what he was doing throughout and gave me options and pricing before continuing to do anything (took quite awhile to fix the problem). I would definitely recommend this service.

Costa was fantastic to deal with! He had a very difficult task of trying to get into my highly secured apartment and he definitely rose to the challenge! The price was very reasonable too. I highly recommend!

We received amazing service from Costa yesterday. Just moved into my new apartment and needed my front door handle fixed. He worked tirelessly to find a solution and did so and we couldn’t be happier with the result as others had tried to fix the problem and were unsuccessful. Thank you Costa for going above and beyond it’s so rare to find such good service.

I was locked out of our business as my daughter forgot the keys inside. Thankfully I managed to find John here on google and they arrived within 20 minutes to unlock the door. John was professional, told the price upfront once inspecting the lock and very friendly. I highly recommend.

I've used these guys a couple of times to change out lock barrels on apartment doors and on both occasions they accommodated my last minute request in a timely and professional manner and very reasonable priced. My overall summary: professional from the beginning until finishing the job! I called titanium locksmiths because unwanted to replace my deadbolt in the front door. I called the office. After 2 minutes the technician gave me a call and updated me regarding the time of arrival. In less than 20 minutes I had a technician working on my front door. Clean job. Very friendly. Definitely a master of that trade. HIGHLIEST recommended to everyone I know. I just wanted to share my experience bc the guys are just worth it. Thank you so much!

Felt completely ripped off with the charges for probably a 1 minute job. Understand the call-out rate for weekend but not the amount quoted for the simple job. My bad, I should have read the reviews and ratings.
