I’m not impressed by physical therapists very often but Ursula WOWED me. I had a fall and my tailbone had been very fragile that I couldn’t walk, get out of a car or sit without pain. She used techniques that I felt were very effective and we continuously retested during treatment to see if the pain was still active. She was very thorough and also suggested new workout stabilising techniques to help with my instability issues. Would highly recommend.

Ursula has really taken the time to try get to the root of my shoulder pain, giving me tools and exercises to make improvements at home. I feel well looked after under her care

I went to see Ursula Knecht last week because I had a really bad headache which was unbearable (I have never had anything like that before) and I was also vomiting whenever I sat up or stood up. I looked and felt very unwell. Ursula comforted me and gave me treatment. However, my symptoms still didn’t go away. Ursula called me to follow up and messaged some information to me the next day regarding what she though was a possible cause being a suspected CSF leak. She explained it’s a rare case, but didn’t want the doctor to rule it out. I was admitted to hospital the following day, and scans confirmed I have CSF leak. I am just waiting to have the surgery now. I really appreciated Ursula’s professionalism and care to her patients. She doesn’t need to research more details for my case nor following up, but she did. She doesn’t treat you as a number, I felt someone cares and listen to me. Highly recommend Ursula, thank you very much.

I sprained my foot three quarters of a year ago and have suffered from pain ever since. Only 3 treatments with Ursula and I have no more pain even during intense sports! I can recommend her wholeheartedly.

As a horse rider it can be challenging to find a physio who understands our requirement and challenges. Ursula has been a fantastic support in the last few weeks working in collaboration with me to understand my unique weaknesses and developing a targeted routine to support and improve my performance. Ursula is open, methodical and very supportive she explains everything in an easy to understand manner and very much makes the work a collaboration taking on any feedback provided and adjusting accordingly. If anyone is interested in furthering their performance capabilities in their chosen sport I highly recommend Ursula.

My experience with Ursula is that she is very thorough and dedicated to get a resolution for any joint/muscle issues I have had. I find her to be open-minded and has a multi-faceted approach in her treatment.

I highly recommend this physio. Ursula has been treating my achilles tendonitis for the past couple of weeks and there has been a significant reduction in pain. I am almost pain free. The exercises have also been really effective.
