19 minutes from completion of order at self service screen to pick up at counter. Manger apologised and said they would try to improve there times. This is not the first time ordering inside has been +15 minutes for me. Simple coffee and muffin. Get it together.

Good burgers and food but wait time is unbelievable in drive thru . Should not take 15 minutes + to get 1 persons order of 4 coffees . And with 2 cars in drive through( me and another ) . Taking them 10 mins and me being able to write this review

I went through the drive through and got a chicken burger, it was a bit hard but it was delicious although when I dined in this one time I stood at the counter for 10 minutes and no one took my order and when I sat down on the chairs to eat they were sticky and there was a band-aid on the floor.

The land that time forgot! It feels like it wad built in the 70s and hasn't had a Reno since the early 90s. Broken equipment and toilets and sinks etc. Dodge!!

Absolutely disgusting service waited 30 minutes and my food was cold the burgers are all wet from sitting in the bag for to long I also had 5 hash browns and they were all cold as well this business is a joke and should be shut down the Manger is as useless as the workers I will be reporting them to fair trading this is not the first time this has happened. I don't like leaving negative comments like this, but if they want to keep serving like this, they should be shut down. Here is a couple of burgers we brought I would not feed it to my dog.In hindsight avoid this business like the plague l.

Absolutely rubbish drive-thru service.The car ahead of us seemed to be ordering everything on the menu (at least 5mins of ordering), took another 5mins waiting at the window and ended up being given one small packet of food and a drink! Ridiculous!It took us over 10mins to get a coffee and two small chips.

Slowest drive through - sat waiting for ages. Food cold, stale bread roll, burger looked like it had been dropped. Girl too busy chatting to remember our drinks and walked away.
