Had a 2 bedroom apartment was good size , room was clean, had everything we needed, beds made daily and new towels daily. Wifi was great. Service was fantastic.

The noise was a big problem. Our room was just next to the train lines, also there was people screaming late at night and early in the morning on the other rooms and running throughout the aisles, but nobody from ValueSuites got the courage to ask them to stop. The doors have a massive gap at the bottom which allows the light from the aisle to get into the rooms during the night. Moreover, service was not great at all. On the good side, the room was clean and tidy. In summary, it's an economic option, but not great value for money. I would not stay here again.

They were so rude. They had cars boxing us in where I could not get out. I asked them if they could ask the people if they could move their car and they laughed about the situation. Specially when we had a newborn baby, they thought it was funny for that. I would not recommend to stay here in any type of way I would stay somewhere else. I’d rather sleep in my car so for any young families or families do not look you look somewhere else. Location is good but service is bad.So I got my family and left didn’t worry about trying to get a refund I went 2 minutes down the road and stayed at the Penrith select Inn the size so much better a beautiful pub with a bistro so don’t book at value suites and stay down the road so much better service and staff please don’t learn the hard way by staying there go else where and save your money don’t waste it by staying there thank you.

Very nice and clean and affordable. Perfect for a last minute stay and offer plenty of off street parking with just a 5 min drive to either Panthers or Penrith Plaza.

Did not even stay. Called though to speak to the manager, Barry, as referred by Quest Apartments Penrith. Unfortunately we are currently homeless due to flooding and storm damage and although Quest were fully booked they advised the manager Barry may be able to assist, they noted he likescto go above and beyond to help and may be able to cater a long stay. I called twice. The first time I called I had forgotten the managers name and unfortunately the lady on reception refused to transfer the call and claimed she was the manager today, and berated me for not being able to remember the managers name. I believe she said her name was Sonia or Tanya, her accent made it hard to understand. She was on an absolute power trip, belittling me and claimed there was no one above her to speak with today. When I asked when the manager would be in she advised again she is the manager today. I didnt even get the opportunity to expain the purpose of my call, just simply requested to speak to the manager, I'm assuming she thought it was regarding a complaint, perhaps she receives them regularly. Both ourselves and family members have stayed here before for weeks at a time before, this was a few years ago now though. I found my notes with Barry's name and called a second time and spoke with the same abnoxious staff member. When I advised I remembered his name and asked to speak with Barry, or when he would be in she advised in that case she does not know". I cannot understand how someone so heartless and with such poor customer service

Barry and Chloe are amazing!!! Compassionate and understanding.Beds really comfortable, unfortunately mould on the ceiling in the bathroom.Fire alarm went off early morning throughout the building, no direction, no way to contact night manager...we called and we were told to call a different number. No fire brigade arrived and when a staff member arrived they were not concerned with our concerns. We recently had our house burnt to the ground with all of our possessions.Due to the fire alarm non procedures, we would not stay with them again.

Rooms are a decent size and clean. Bathroom is slightly on the small size but manageable plus the bed was comfortable

We're unable to stay due to managements inflexibility regarding COVID. Originally booked to attend a festival in October 2021, both the festival and accommodation was postponed until 2022. When speaking with a gentleman from management a year ago, we advised that the festival's new date had not yet been set but would be towards the end of 2022. Management at the time advised us that this would not be an issue and that they would tentatively move the booking to October 2022 just to keep it live in the system, and the exact date of the booking could be finalised once the festival dates were secured.Fast forward to 2022. I called to lock in the booking for the correct date (4 weeks from now) but was advised by a female member of management that our booking had already been extended once and could not be altered, even though they acknowledged the notes on our booking regarding the fact that the date of the booking in the system was not accurate and subject to change.We paid for the room in full when we initially made the booking in 2021, and kept the booking in good faith based on what management in 2021 had agreed upon.We now have no accommodation, and are $400+ out of pocket.I implore anyone travelling to Penrith to not place any faith or goodwill in Value Suites, as they show none to their customers.Absolutely disgraceful
