The Deep Retreat
I attended a week of reformer pilates classes with Kelly. She's a burst of sunshine, very professional and full of absolute joy! She provided accommodations when needed and the small class size made it easy for her to check on everyone's form. I will absolutely be back when I'm in Port Douglas next! Being able to pet the adorbs black little Frenchie was a bonus!

This place was so relaxing, the spa bath and infrared room was amazing and had Mayra for the massage. She was so nice and have a great massage. Very reasonable price and great experience!

The most amazing massage experience I’ve had in years. Indulgent facilities that create a total spa/sauna experience. Mike has amazingly skilled hands and hit every spot. I cannot recommend him enough, I’ll be booking multiple sessions next time we are in town.

Absolutely shocking. I booked for a couples massage just two days prior to heading to Port Douglas and an hour before my flight Virgin cancelled my flight. This was more than 24 hours prior to the massage. I emailed them straight away to cancel so that my money could be refunded. They did not respond. They did not answer calls. When I eventually spoke to them they said they would not refund any of the $150 I had paid. Absolutely disgusting.

Wonderful, relaxing and peaceful space. Best way to start your holiday in Port Douglas. Call ahead to book as they are in demand. You will come out feeling like your troubles have melted away. The spa and steam room are an added bonus and not offered by many other providers. Michael and his staff were amazing and gave us lots of different options to tailor the experience, and extra tips for our stay. Highly recommend!

After 3 months in port Douglas and many places tested... I found today the perfect relaxing place... I booked for a signature deep massage and 30 minutes Ayurvedic facial and warm bath. It was exceptional.. Mayra was really kind and professional, I didn't have a moment like that from a long time. After that experience I was like a bird in the sky sooooo relax ! Thanks again Mayra! Definitely I will go back ❤️

Went to a yoga class with Melody which was amazing! She was a great teacher and super lovely. Then had the duo deep massage which was also excellent, got to use the sento bath house/sauna and had a 30 min full body massage too! Thanks so much, will be recommending to family and friends :)

I have had massages here several times cause I’m fanatic of this place and it’s always a pleasure! Perfect place to relax and treat yourself, I feel very cuddled every time I go. Thank you Mayra, you are the best! Looking forward to come back to town and go!
