Unreliable. Booked a taxi, an hour later still nothing. When I ring to complain they said if I rung again I wouldn't be picked up. My shopping is all now wasted in the trolley in the heat. Very poor customer service and very rude

Honesty don't even bother using this taxi service. I pre booked a taxi to pick up myself and a small child one night and it never came, instead we got abused by a couple of drunks! Before that I ordered a taxi for shopping and it didn't show until extremely late due to another passenger which wouldn't matter if they organized themselves.They aren't worth it.

Absolutely appalling service. Cab booked for 6:10am to catch 6:25 am train. Waited at the front of address until 6:3 0 no cab. Tried calling the company phone no, diverted to mobile which was switched off. The sooner a Uber service is available in this town the better off everyone will be. Perhaps service will then be a priority.

Never answer their phone. The phone right now says that the mobile phone they have diverted their number too is switched off, there is no other option to ring for a cab. Never enough taxis running so long waits at peak times. Wouldn't use if there was another option, but I think their business model relies on them having a monopoly in this town so they can treat customers like shite.
