My friend was renting through this rude, unreliable, lying agency. They took months to do repairs, their repair man couldn't even do a proper job on anything.During the the lease the roller door that was meant to be repaired fell multiple times, once almost hitting a child, had it not been for the quick actions of an adult.They tried hitting my friend for damages already at the premises when they moved in on the condition it was to be fixed.They have harassed my friend no end. They terminated the lease implying sale of property, refusing to help with finding another available property. They instead tried strong arming my friend.The property manager has been exceedingly rude, as is other members of their staff...they are only interested in the owners needs, not the tenants needs.They are making it impossible for my friend to get another rental, which is affecting the family.DO NOT RENT OR LEASE YOUR HOME THROUGH THESE PEOPLE!!! THEY DO NOT CARE!!!*Edit*In reply to the comment left by the so called owner, this is the right real estate, I was there when it all happened and I will never be going through this real estate even when it comes to selling my home.If you don't like the truth, then pick up your act. The number of bad reviews outweigh the good reviews from previous tenants. You have high turn over of staff and a bad reputation in town.

I’ve just sold my property through WPRE. Nita Skewpeck was exceptional throughout the process and so helpful.Prior to selling, I rented this property out through WPRE also, and Ange was the lease manager who was also exceptional.This whole process from renting out to selling was done with me living interstate, and I had no issues whatsoever.I highly recommend WPRE for all your real estate requirements in Dubbo.
