Bought a Meerkat experience for my mother's 75th birthday on Saturday 16 April 2022. It was a surprise for her. We were met by Chris, an absolutely delightful young man, who played along with keeping the experience a secret. My mother has limited mobility due to respiritory failure so is in a wheelchair for walking any distances. Chris made sure to speak with Mum as well to keep her included.When Mum saw what the surprise was she was a little overwhelmed. Chris gave her time to call and made her feel relaxed and special for her visit. He was patient and kind.Thank you for making Mums day an wonderful experience.

My daughter surprised me with a meerkat experience for my birthday. Amazing time with just us and a keeper who was so informative and friendly. Got lots of pics and got to feed the meerkats. Worth it !

Great fun ~ I was impressed how well looked after the animals were. The animals were all in excellent condition & very friendly. Our 3 year old loved the train and the pony rides. There are more enclosures being built which will be excellent when completed. I was surprised that they had lions, camels and other large exotic species. It was a great experience with a young child because she could interact with the animals and there were enough activities/play areas she wouldn’t get board. Really enjoyable if you have young children. The cafe has a good range of food ~ steak sandwich was really good!

Really cool little zoo! Lots of different Australian animals and farm animals. We can’t wait for more exhibits to open and will definitely be back soon

I took my Mum for the Meercat adventure as a Christmas present. It was the most amazing and memorable experience both of us have ever had. Mum was so excited and in awe of these beautiful creatures, their handler, Caroline was so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and made my Mum's experience unforgettable.Thank you Central Coast Zoo soooo much for making my Mum's experience incredible....

Amazing service with really interactive staff.Animal encounter both enjoyable for animals and customers.The food was restaurant quality and fast.Highly recommend this place loved it!

We visited recently for the first time, I was surprised of the pricing being so high, but we tried to make the most of it we also got overcharged $14 but the guy who served us ran off before we could let him know. The rides were not working and it took a staff member 35 minutes to go “find out” if they were to come back and tell us they were not. So we done what we could. Wouldn’t go back, the staff on the grounds were wonderful though.
