This was my first time attending a counselling session and it was everything I expected and more. Meg was friendly and welcoming, and I felt very comfortable to discuss my issues with her.She was insightful in her support and I left the session feeling full of energy and hope.As a counsellor in training myself,I felt very respected. I was very nervous about going for counselling as I am already very anxious, but I have to admit now, the therapy, help and support I have received from Melbourne Therapy and Counselling has been so beneficial to my mental health. I have seen two different counsellors for different therapies and both have been kind, compassionate and so helpful and talking and working through issues in a safe and no judgement space has really helped me move forward from my stress and anxiety. The sessions are very affordable compared to other counsellors in the area, they have a lovely space for sessions and also do online sessions and the people are very kind and supportive. I recommend them.

I needed support for my anxiety overall and stress at work and contacted the team at Melbourne Therapy and Counselling Centre and met Meghan my counsellor. She is a highly experienced and kind counsellor who has helped me work through numerous issues I was facing. Through my therapy I have learnt to manage my stress with new ways to cope and confront my anxiety and not allow it to control my life any longer. I have to say working with her has helped me get happiness and peace and improve some of my relationships. I highly recommend the team at Melbourne Therapy and Counselling Centre, they are professional, knowledgeable and very caring. A big bonus for me were the evening appointments, making it convenient for me to attend after work.
