My fav furniture store in Coffs Harbour!! MacLeod's has an excellent range with items in stock - a different experience for me in other stores. Sales service was great. They even remembered me a week later when I called to lock in an order. The delivery guys were friendly, efficient and moved my old lounge out of the way. And finally post sales service. I got a call on delivery day to make sure everything was ok. Love my new leather lounge and love MacLeod's.

The delivery was great, the guys were great setting up the beds and very polite and cheerful. 4 stars as the delivery to store took a long time after ordering but hey! Covid and Christmas busyness. Thanks heaps MacLeods

We just received our Venice bookshelf. Absolutely love love love it. We initially just went in store to have a browse but saw this and decided to buy. We spoke to Michelle who gave us a great deal and arranged layby for us. Great instore service and the fellows that delivered it were absolute champions....a tonne of weight and an awkward space but they got the job done with a smile.

Lovely furniture with great deals however they suggested I make regular deposits via bank transfer to pay off my lay-by but they never add my payments to the bill. It all got sorted out and rectified but I would have liked to avoid the hassle in the first place.Either way I’m in love with my outdoor set

Thank you Lynda you are the best. I saw a lounge in another shop, but popped into Macleods just to check I was doing the right thing and met Lynda, she was outstanding, nothing was to much trouble. I want a price check on a chair she went out of her way to help, hence I walked out with 1 x lounge, 2 x bedside tables and 2 x bar stools and totally delighted with everything. Pity the other shop did not have such a good sales person. I will definately be back if I need anything - shop locally you will be rewarded.

Actually bought a bed frame from Port Macquarie McLeod franchise but I guess it’s all the same quality furniture? Anyway I bought a bed frame from McLeod and I bought a ‘showroom floor’ bed frame as it’s the only one in the entire franchise on offer apparently... originally got told I got a 20% discount on it as it was already set up as a display... when purchasing they revoked this decision and made me pay full price after waiting weeks for this bed. What an exploit!! I just wanted the bed so I was like fine... once assembled it was the wrong size and obviously damaged and not offer of replacement or solution. What an absolute joke your company is!!!! No wonder Port Macquarie (where we got bad service and the bed from) is shutting down... always thought about writing this review and here it is. Absolutely avoid this company if you can. Do yourself a favour and buy furniture from literally anyone else. I’d rather sleep on a cardboard box than this bed
