Absolutely outstanding experience, my day was already pretty bad and I was really in need of a pick me up. I struggled to find a place that was open late enough for me to get my hair done after work and was thrilled that they were open till 6. The lady I got was so nice, she was attentive and knew exactly what I wanted done. I couldn't have asked for better service 10/10.

Karl is a-mazing. Finally found a hairdresser who knows what they are doing with curly hair. All the staff are friendly and happy. Highly recommend you check them out particularly if you have long or long curly hair.

Just checked to see if the salon is still open during this COVID-19 crisis. I'm very glad to see that it is because I wouldn't trust anyone but Karl to style my fine Finnish hair! 10 out of 10.

Top class stylists, colourists for the whole family. Karl is truly a specialist in his field and I've been trusting him and his team for more than 20years. Always superb!

Never had a chance to go in... tried to book four-five weeks in advance, but was given a bunch of excuses , and was then told I'd be put on a cancellation list... when I tried to book even further away...still no available spots two months away....given up.

Girls are absolutely beautiful, stunning and intelligent. They know what they are talking about and very confident in what they are doing, whether it’s a trim, colour, advice or even making me feel comfortable with a coffee and a biscuit I can not fault them. Will always keep going back!

Hugely disappointed to be informed by a young, laid-back (horizontal?) girl that I would have to wait for 3 weeks for an appointment for foils & a cut. And she thought this was perfectly acceptable. And offered no alternative solution. And she really didn’t care one jot. Really? Every stylist and colourist is fully booked for the next 3 weeks?!? Clearly this place has no need of any additional customers - they already have more than they can handle! So sad that I now have to find another hairstylist. They were always so good in the past but if this laissez-faire attitude is indicative of a change in attitude of this salon it is a massive disappointment.

I love this hairdressing salon. In Karl I finally - after years of trying other salons - found a hairdresser who understands my fine, straight hair and gives me the perfect haircut each time. The service is great and they offer the best head massages ;o) I highly recommend this salon.
