Opens early & friendlly man behind counter

Sold my bath products to this shop,all staff including the owner,said they where beautiful. Pending how they sold,would order more(of course that's understandable).I followed up several weeks later with a phone call,she told me most of them had sold and people loved them and did I have more on hand ECT ECT. I have never heard from her to buy more products. The issue I have with that is,if you don't won't them,don't insinuate that you do!! I asked for feed back,if needed to make them better ECT,but to no avail. I would much rather her say that she does not want them,poor communication at the least,very disappointed,just be honest!!
