Officeworks Campbelltown

Fantastic Office Works. Staff there are super friendly and helpful. Had a click snd collect to pick up. (Hold for 30 days, as of Dec 2022) Was super easy with no issues. They have Ramp access into the store with disabled parking. Layout of the store was great light and spacious. Most of all staff there are fantastic. Thank you so much.

Lily helped me at the printing counter with my many requirements from A4 laminated prints to A1 posters. They look brilliant. She was patient, quick, knowledgeable and did it all with a smile.

I purchased a chair here in June 2022. A few months later the gas within the chair was failing. I would have to readjust the chair constantly to the point it was every few minutes. I contacted Officeworks online support. The correspondence was slow and went on for about a month. In the last correspondence, I was informed a courier would be arranged. 10 days later I had heard nothing. I went into the store today. The young fella there was helpful yet new to the company from his admission. He got scalded for not calling me a customer by a fellow employee. This employee served me at the desk. Upon showing all my records of correspondence and receipt I was asked multiple times if I informed the online support that the chair was an ex-display model. I purchased this chair after a staff member at the time of purchase advised it came with a 10-year warranty despite it being a display model. The staff member serving me today insinuated because it was an ex-display that I wouldn't have the same cover as if I brought a new chair. This was incorrect and it is under warranty. It is disappointing that some employees act like it is a family business when working for huge national companies. In the end after a month of dealing with online support and in the store I obtained a refund so I guess that is worth one star. This type of customer service can't compete with the likes of Amazon.

Returned some faulty audio earbuds. No hesitation or hassle with a refund. They even had another store put a pair on hold for me in the colour I wanted as the replacements.

I've shopped at the Campbelltown store for years. Never had a problem, till there was this morning. An elderly staff member embarrassed me with her shouting and left me in tears. I just wanted help and was faced with very very poor customer service.I am in marketing myself for over 15 years, and I can guarantee you, that poor people skills are not the face of a brand.I have filed a complaint with very very professional staff on the 1300 numbers, who by the way were the ones who helped me in the end. I will continue hoarding the company till the issue is addressed.Professionalism in person is as much important as over the phone. The face of the brand needs a lesson in being polite to customers. I was unable to scan a document to the right requirements at home. The staff here were absolutely fantastic they done all the documents for me fast and professionally. The customer service from the two ladies whom helped me today was brilliant

The people that work here are lovely but the printing services are terrible. I've been to Officeworks multiple times in the last few years and I have only had negative experiences. I haven't been able to print photos or documents properly and have wasted a lot of time trying.One time their self-serve photo machines were all down but the person at the counter told me they couldn't print it from there either, so I had to go elsewhere.Another time I had 100+ photos printed with lines through each of them, so I had to wait again while they were reprinted.I've printed 2 PDF documents at the counter, both of which didn't print properly. They refunded me the first time because they just couldn't figure out how to print it properly, and the second time I didn't realise it was printed incorrectly until I had gotten home, and it was part of a wedding gift so it was pretty disappointing.I definitely wouldn't trust Officeworks with printing. Their other stock is good but can be expensive so I have no reason to return except to waste the money left on my self-serve printing card.

I have been in there twice to get some photos printed from my phone with great ease and very well priced and done. You can do it yourself in a short period of time or wait for a while for them to do it for you

Very bad service. Most of the self-server printers and photo kiosks are not working. The staff at the counter ignored customers and don't even bother to ask if we need any help. This is not the first time. 3 people are working still no customer service.
