I've been coming to this store for many years. Oliver cares about cycling and cyclists, and yes, will give you his honest opinion, but you can be sure it is because he wants the best for you. He will not be satisfied until you, the rider, are satisfied. And he is a stickler for safety and safe bikes on the road, and that's fair enough. I always leave feeling looked after and having been charged fair labor charges, not inflated ones (like with car mechanics, at times, I wonder if being female resulted in excessive charges at other places; I can guarantee you, you won't feel like that with Oliver). This is not your cheap and cheerful shop; this is your good quality and value in the long run" shop."

Visited (like alot of others) over the Ironman Cairns event. IM did not have a bike mech in the event hub only at Palmcove T1.Many racers with post flight bike issues came to this store, including me.The guys worked flat out from 8am Saturday to fix racer issues many at no cost. They were the proxy IM bike mechanics and I doubt they get any reward or recognition from IM on supporting attendees.I will certainly make a point to IM on this as they deserve the recognition of supporting IM ticket holders.I will make it a point to use this shop ongoing as they are genuine people, who care about their community cyclists whereever they come from. Top work guys!!
