So the delivery driver came while I was out, and left a card with a phone number for me to call, but that phone number is disconnected.No phone number on their website either....Not helpful.

I wouldn’t work for this company ever again. You’re just a number at the end of the day…

I have had one of the worst customer experiences of my life with Endeavour Drinks. We ordered a bottle of Whiskey via Ebay. Endeavour Drinks attempted to deliver the bottle. As we were not home, their driver left a Delivery Slip without a reference number. When we phone Endeavour Drinks to re-deliver the item, we were given the run around, there is nothing they can do without a reference number (that their driver forgot to write down) advised to call Ebay and to call Dan Murphy etc. Their assigned driver was negligent when he did his job, rather than resolve this with their driver, a simple call, he surely would have a record of attempted delivery. We were forced to call Ebay, who advised us that the all was ok on their end, bottle was with Endeavour Drinks for delivery. Then we were told to phone Dan Murphy's?? Dan Murphy don't know anything about this. Did the diver bring the bottle back to Ebay? To Dan Murphy? Or maybe he kept it himself!! So Endeavour Drinks have our Item, they cannot track it because their delivery driver didn't do his job properly and they expect us to resolve a problem they created. So much wasted time and energy, avoid this mob at all cost!! Still waiting for our bottle. Can I call the police and report item as stolen?

SLOW ASFirst of 4 bottles to get dispatched Last to arrive by 4 days. Tried to arrange a particular day for delivery didnt deliver on that day. Item was delayed 4 times by the company for no obvious reason. I assume they are overwelemd and cant keep up with online orders.. Time to find a new service provider if your company uses these guys.

Delivery did not arrive, no answer to queries online, no answer on phone. Worst Company I have dealt with online. Waiting for credit on goods. Would not recommend you buy on line with Endeavour Delivery for Dan Murphy's. Dan Murphy's staff nice, but followup non existent. Very dissatisfied customer.
