Ordered a crochet bag, wool and eyes from this amazing, kind lady on Saturday, and went to pick it up on Monday morning. Was wrapped wonderfully in a clear bag and even had a personalized thankyou note attached. Love the customer service, everything is great quality, quick and easy to purchase. Also had a little 'goodie bag' in it too with some small gifts. One of which I actually needed but forgot to order so was very convenient. Got to finish crocheting my little Halloween pumpkin :). Will definitely buy from Katt again. 5 stars.

I recently ordered some goods from Yarn Magic (order 1354).Wow - What a wonderful experience it was! Not only was my order thoughtfully packaged and promptly sent, Katt sent me an email to confirm the package was on it's way to me. The goods were as described upon receipt and to my great surprise, Katt had also sent me a small thank you gift plus a handwritten note thanking me for my custom. I cannot recall the last time I have received such a thoughtful gesture from any store after purchasing goods. Could not be happier with my order, not only did my items come in record time, it was the cutest packaging I’ve seen in a while. So much love/thought went into it, with a little gift of some Easter eggs and a hand written note that just made my afternoon! Will be purchasing from Yarn Magic again as I love nothing more than supporting a small business that cares.

Katt goes above and beyond with all that she does for her customers and their orders, I'm so glad to find her so close to home, and able to pick up my orders the same day I ordered all beautifully packed and with cute little extras too! I bought the Celeste kit, first time toy making… I have to say I wa frustrating Ed but it turned out fab in the end. To the point where I went back and bought some more safety eyes to crochet more unicorns! The second one whipped up much more quickly.I’m fairly new to buying online and the items arrived quicker than I expected.Amd… there were some little goodies with my purchases too! Thank you so much!
