The icecream is delicious but is very overpriced, I paid $5 for the smallest kids scoop. The customer service was poorly, didn’t even get a smile

Went to Geláre today and the older male that works there was yelling at one of his other workers telling them to leave and get out. He even got to the point where he was physically pushing him out the staff door and told him to leave and not come back. It was so unprofessional and no staff member anywhere should be treated like that. Was very unprofessional and should’ve been dealt with differently.

Absolute disgracePlaced an order wasn’t told how long it would be waited 30mins for my food only for them to give me a faulty buzzer that never buzzed to let me know my food was done. Cold bacon and food. Not happy never eating there again. Didn’t even get an apology just got a shoulder shrug

Can’t believe the price of a tiny tub of ice cream… $5:80…. What a rip off-if I had known the price before I ordered I would have gone to Coles or Woolies and grabbed a big tub

The worst experience ever. We went for dessert on the 19/01/23 Thursday evening at 7:12 pm. We ordered and waited 20-30 minutes without the buzzer going off and when I went to inquire about the unusually long wait the 2 gentleman there, only then noticed the docket (only one btw) hanging there . IT WAS NOT EVEN BUSY, THERE WAS ONLY 2 CUSTOMERS INCLUDING MYSELF. I didn’t even get an apology from the person who served me. I’m extremely disappointed being a regular there but, will sure as hell avoid it now.Tasty stuff but, I’d rather go somewhere else where waitstaffs actually provide a good customer service.

It's been several years it's all been to the shopping centre and I certainly won't be back anytime soon. So many shops boarded up, the food court consists of 3 outlets and 1 ice cream shop. The whole place is in need of a makeover.Westfield it's time to spend some money and fix this place up.
