Dr. Rose is very professional, gentle and caring. You can tell she really loves animals. Staff are very friendly. Overall great customer service. They make you feel your pet is in great hands. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately I had my old boy pass away recently. I have never been a customer of this vet as we are full time travellers. However the lovely staff members went above and beyond to support me through this hard time. They even did beautifully paw prints, framed them and wrote me a beautiful card. Very considerate and heartfelt ❤️If I was a local I would 100% want care like this for my loved fur babies.

We are so happy SVV opened in Bullsbrook. All the staff are friendly, professional and thorough. They've got us straight in when we've had emergencies and take the time to follow up treatments with texts or a call. My dogs love going to the SVV as they get showered with attention.

Bloody nice people, as well as efficient, and gives an honest diagnosis.I've been a couple of times and both experienced a wonderful service .Yes I would definitely recommend this place if you pet needs help.

Just had a terrible experience at Swan Valley Vet, Bullsbrook. They charged me $148.72 for the meds in picture…..and they also charged me $35.20 for the 2 plastic containers the tablets came in. It was $100.33 for bottle shampoo and 1 flea tablet. I had to ask for detailed receipt AFTER I had paid $263.13. Rang to complain, told nothing they could do. An absolute rip off, first and last time going there. BE AWARE!!!

Caring staff. Good indepth feedback and open to holistic medicinal applications that you may use for your furbies" .Out front they have an enclosed area to walk/toilet your pets. Plenty of safe parking. Just watch out for the fixed speed cameras when you exit onto the Great Northern Highway."
