The staff dis a good job but the company offers 3 hours and ended up with 7h!!! We knew that we could pay a bit extra if needed but not when one Of the staff was training the other… they should send at least 3 guys !

My wife and I can't express how grateful we are for the service provided to us by Allied.At all parts of the process from the assessment to the pre pack, uplift and drop off the experience was top shelf.Great guys and girls. Friendly, courteous, efficient and very respectful of our belongings. They really took the stress out of it for us.We very much recommend them for anybody wanting a job well done.

There is no complaints department, only able to complain to someone who is part of the problem. Basically will have to go to fair trading as the response has been to say, December is a busy time! I paid $13.500 to move my furniture, boxes were broken, furniture was broken , no communication which left me without a bed to sleep on for over a week. Don’t believe the careful movers bit or really don’t move in December where they rush your job. No one, reported breakages! Not one of them had a screw driver to put back together what they unscrewed, Unhappy .

So slow, parked the truck in the street, carried single boxes, not using trolley saying that they did not want to annoy the neighbours or cause vibration to the stairwell. Took double the time, but were friendly...

Over 50 years we have moved homes a few times and we would have to say this was the best move we have ever had. From the first contact with Allied to the end they were just brilliant. Kim who first came out to talk about the move was amazing and came up with so many great ideas to take the stress out of the move and she certainly did. The crewwho came out to pack up and take the furniture away were amazing and so professional and kind. The same can be said of the crew who delivered the furniture again just so great and helpful. This is a company we would gladly recommend to everyone.

I had Kim come to my house to quote, she was lovely and worked around my schedule.I dealt with Ross when I needed to change my moving dates last minute - he was great.David was one of the guys that moved my furniture - he was fantastic.I was really happy with my over all experience.Thanks for an easy stress-less move.

The initial sign up process and consultant that we had contact with we’re professional and efficient, however some of the guys who came and picked up and packed the furniture into the container and then delivered at our new address were rough with our furniture and belongings.I personally saw one of the guys who seemed to be in charge, throw boxes and other items. He also had a strong smell of alcohol about him.We had several ceramic items that were in boxes broken.A corner of our near new outdoor table was chipped. Two handles were knocked off a chest of drawers.I wouldn’t use this company again.
