I would honestly give this 4.5. Extremely happy with the delivery time as I got this for my younger brother’s birthday. I bought the iPhone XR and am happy with the purchase in regards to the quality (although there was just a bit of dust in the speakers but that’s fine). There were absolutely no scratches on the screen or back, it was just only the rim of the camera really. The only thing was that the iPhone battery was 81%, which was just a bit of a downside as I bought it “As New”. But I understand that the phone is beginning to slowly become outdated.…mind the fingerprints and dust on the phone in the photos they weren’t there prior.

I ordered 2 iphone XS Max and received in 3 days of order. Both of the phones were in excellent condition as per the order. The battery health was 85% and 89%. The phones were clean and scratches free. Overall, I am satisfied with the service and phone.

I ordered IPhone 12 Pro Max “As new” condition . The phone was delivered promptly within 4 days. Battery health is at 84%. Other functions work fine rather than cleanliness of the phone. It was dusty around the front camera, ring/silent switch. The back camera rings were cover in sticky black dirt. The screen had sticky glue on. I thought the carrier should give a detailed description of each phone rather than just general terms “ Excellent “, “ As new”…. Furthermore they should give the phone a detailed clean before sending off.

Fully support the recycling concept where superseded models are still able to be fully utilised and have their lifespan extended at a fraction of the original cost.

I was sent a faulty iphone SE. The home button does not work and it says that the battery does not have genuine parts. This is ridiculous and unacceptable.*EditYes the issue has been resolved, but it took very long. Also your customer service team was very irresponsible. I requested a refund, because I had no time to wait for a new device. Guess what they did, I was sent another device. I had to resend that package again and until I received the refund it took nearly a month.So once again, horrible customer service and horrible experience. I would not recommend u to anyone.

I ordered an iPhone XS Max and it arrived quicker than I expected in just a few days with a battery life of 93%. The condition was as new and I was happy with that, except FaceID didn't work. I had to return it for them to fix it. It was fixed and returned in about a week. Now everything works perfectly so far and I'm very happy with the purchase.
