Ordered happy meal for my son with 6 nuggets, and found only chips in the box -- no nuggets whatsoever. This happened the second time now. McDonalds, please don't do this. You are such in a rush you forgot the actual main meal!!! it only takes you 5 seconds to check the order. We ended up have to go somewhere else to get food, extra cost and wasting so much time.

Despite these drawbacks, McDonald's coffee remains a standout feature for coffee enthusiasts in need of a reliable and satisfying caffeine fix.

The Burgers are grest, but the Staff are slow and always making mistakes with the orders, as for the Manager his Service is so bad, unpolite to Customers and prioritize Uber deliveries over Eat in Customers or Families, whom are left waiting for long periods of time to place an order or to get their food.The eating Facilities are clean and spacious, however the Toilets (Male Toilet) is beyond Disgusting, it Smells really bad, the Urinal was flooded with pee and the Toilet Bowl was so dirty.Macdonalds should make it a priority to clean their toilet facilities, as it does reflect negatively on the Restaurant as a whole.

Food is generally good but they seem to forget things half the time. The staff are nice but on weekends it's very busy so things are slow. Been at the drive-thru for 20 minutes and someone is behind me so I can't back out now. No parking spots anyways. Not the staff's fault but service is slow regardless. The atmosphere is nice though.

Extra wide selection of Maccas pastries here. Croissants, etc. All areas of the shop were clean (didn't check toilets) staff really friendly helpful and seemed to be happy to be at work, so probably a really good team, no idea if the manager was there. Prompt service. Food met expected standards.

The filthiest McDonals we ever been to, starting from the entry food was spilled right in the door way we had to walk through, placing order for coffee was complicated getting staff to understand what we wanted (lactose free), not a single clean place to sit to eat rubbish & food scraps everywhere went to as staff for cloth to clean our own table they just turned around & walked away & 1 just gave us a few napkins to clean ourselves, when food arrived chicken nuggets were completely cold as we're the chips, burger filling was more outside the bun than in. When asked to war. Up the nugget they did saying hope these are better & he give us 2 extra free. Hate to imagine what the bath rooms were like. This is the filthiest MacDonald & laziest staff we've ever come across. Not happy.

The blonde girl servicing us at 10pm on 26th of June had the best customer service ever! She was so smiley and happy to help when I had a problem with my MyMaccas app. I didn’t get a chance to tell her but girl I hope you see this review!

Took over 20mins for staff and management to find the key for the disabled toilet causing embarrassment and distress to a man in a wheel chair. Its disgraceful that ONLY the disabled toilets are locked for customers to access

Went through the drive-thru and given a drink that was as incredibly flat and lacking ice and as such tasted terrible along with the burger being pretty flavourless and dry. I think the lettuce shortage is over, yet had minimal on my burger.When I tried calling them from the road, the phone literally rang out 4 or 5 times before anyone answered.I would have liked to have got a refund for such rubbish but as turning around and adding an extra half hour onto my trip was not an idea I was fond of.I also found it frustrating conversing with the staff member on the phone as I had to correct them everytime they spelt something wrong.In the end they became annoyed with me for getting my phone number wrong and refused to listen to me when I tried to correct them to which I just gave up.The pricetag was definitely not worth the poor quality and customer service.Would rate the the experience a 0/5 but 1/5 seems to be the lowes.
