Always reliable

Very understanding staff. I hired equipment on behalf of a contractor who cancelled the job on me when I arrived home with the equipment. Kennards accepted the equipment back and gave me a full refund. Great to see a business with a heart instead of only chasing profit.

I booked equipment over the phone earlier in the week only to turn up and get told that not only was there no booking, but that the equipment I was after wasn't there. This was work I needed to get done over the weekend as I had contractors turning up the following week. Mistakes happen, fair enough, but the staff member there wasn't interested and acted like I was the one at fault. This was a Friday afternoon, so I can understand the disinterest as we're all human and hence improving the rating to 2 stars. Thankfully I was able to call around and found the same equipment down the road at Active Hire for half the price AND the staff stayed back to help me get it all loaded into the Ute AND were able to have a laugh about it.It's the last time I go to Kennards and I'll be telling anyone who will listen to save your time and money and go elsewhere. Why pay more for poor service? Ken Fn Oath!
