I had an ultrasound with a sonographer called Linda. She was the most considerate, caring and lovely lady I’ve ever had for an ultrasound. She explained everything to me. I’ve had a miscarriage before so she knew I was very anxious for my first scan. She was just super genuine and I really appreciate her. Reception was ok. I wouldn’t say they were rude or anything but didn’t smile and just spoke to me like a robot I guess. Maybe they were having a bad day though you never know! Linda made up for everyone though she was amazing!

Sat in traffic for over an hour to get here for the last part of a work medical beating the closing time of 6pm,getting here at 5pm,only to be told they closed early.

Had the worst experience ever! I've been before and had lovely experiences it just a shame you can't be treated with respect on all occasions. Extremely rude and intrusive with an ultrasound, I will never have a scan by that lady again! The inconsistency is what is annoying.

Would give 0 if I could the receptionist staff member I spoke to was disgustingly rude! I was rebooking a follow up scan as recommended by the doctor and radiologist and she said “you had one last week so WHY another one so soon?” Didn’t realise I had to disclose personal information to a receptionist who’s only job is to book in appointments. Will avoid this centre at all costs. They need a serious course in customer service.

Terrible receptionist on desk was extremely rude. I told her financially I needed to rebate straight away and if this wasn't possible I would just do away with my appointment. She guaranteed me she could put the rebate straight back onto my card and then after I paid said oh sorry
