Chemist Warehouse Shepparton North

Update Edit!! I know lots of shops and services are experiencing staff shortages! I presume that is what's going on here. I stood 3 back in line to drop off script, gave up after no one was spoken to within 10 mins and left. A chemist kept walking up to use computer at drop off counter, now I understand he was busy, obviously looking up something but he never even raised his eyes or acknowledged the people standing there! Surely it would be easy enough to look up and say, sorry we're very busy

Please do not go here to enquire about products or request a price beat. Been to this Chemist warehouse a few times and it has the worst customer service. Unhelpful staff and do not know their own policy of price beat. Other Chemist warehouse in Shepparton and Melbourne have beaten sale price of items from other stores and staff at this Chemist warehouse are not acknowledging it. Instead made a remark that 'it wouldn't be Chemist warehouse'. When a customer mentions that it was possible at other stores, they should be an attempt to enquire from them and not make such a remark which implies customer is lying. I would rather travel further to other Chemist warehouse stores for better customer service.

Absolutely pathetic dispensary staff, called and asked for some scripts to be made up, went to pick them up 3 hours later, 5 dispensary staff behind the counter, at least 15 customers waiting for scripts and not one of them could actually start calling out names and hand scripts over!!! Stood there for 20 minutes before getting my already ordered and made up script. Won’t be back as it’s not the first time.

45 minute wait for a prescription is unacceptable. The pharmacist could not bring himself to apologise for the wait.

I like the store. It’s at a convenient location, and the staff are friendly and helpful.I also like that the store isn’t so massive that I can’t find anything.On the times I’d brought in a prescription, the helpful chemists asked if I’d like to purchase a cheaper brand of the same medication. This is important because most customers wouldn’t realise or remember this is an option. The staff in the isles packing shelves or serving behind the front counter are always pleasant and willing to assist.

Disgusting service. No empathy or understanding from the pharmacists and absolutely zero help on what your options are when it comes to getting a prescribed medication that you take regularly for your mental illness, but they refuse it on the sole fact they don't believe the doctor should be giving me what I'm taking at certain doses when I am diagnosed and have a mental health disability. Thank you, I nearly ended up in hospital from the stress and withdrawals.

I've been shopping at Chemist Warehouse North since it first opened, very regularly. I have found the young staff members to be very rude and dismissive that I've felt too uncomfortable to ask for assistance. They talk to each other while serving me on multiple occasions that I don't get greeted or said goodbye to. THE ONLY REASON IM GIVING A 5 STAR REVIEW is because of the new staff member named Shae, that has given me excellent customer service every time, she has finally restored my faith in the store. I was so shocked to be spoken to and made to feel like there is actually an approachable staff member in the store, finally. I look to see her name badge to leave this review. You are awesome Shea and Chemist Warehouse is so lucky to have you as a team member. Keep up the excellent customer service

Staff at the drop off script counter ignore you and keep working. Long wait for scripts to be prepared. Carpark is terrible....aisles are far too close...be prepared for scratches along the side of your car.
