Extremely positive experience. I went to apply my and my kids Australian passport, they allow walk-ins which was really good. It was an easy and quick Overall would rate 1 of the best in the area.

Visited this post office last week for my passport application, Just amazed with the customer service provided by Miss Ashima & Miss Leeanne. They both are amazing and very supportive. They know their work like a pro. Very informative and polite staff.I never had such a warm and positive experience with AUSpost.Keep working like this guys, Really appreciate all your help.

this place was so lovely!! the people who own it are so helpful, absolutely no rush to just finish helping you, they are very thorough and take their time in helping you. cozy, nice environment with the most helpful, kind people. definitely recommend here if you don’t like waiting in lines on a Saturday morning, got a passport application finished in about 10 minutes :)

Went there to get infant passport photos.The lady serving the Auspost customers was the nicest CSR ever, very professional and patient as infants take a while to get the right click. Would highly recommend them if you want to get passport photos around western side.
